We are happy to service your equipment in our facility but... we prefer to work in the enviornment where the equipment normally resides. This maximizes the technician's opportunity to observe any problem just as you have, minimizes additional problems that can occur when removing, transporting, and reinstalling equipment. Servicing your equipment in your home maximizes the time you are paying for actual technical support rather than setup and transportation times. Working on the equipment in its normal environment is generally more comfortable for the customer and gives them a better confidence that the problem is resolved when servicing is complete.
It is your equipment and we believe you should you have the option to learn from the technician or just see how they do things...
